Hi there! I have never found a great way to clean my hairbrushes (especially since they get full of hairspray), so I'm wondering how do you girls clean your hairbrushes? I recently ordered Parian spirit brush cleaner for my makeup brushes, I wonder if that would work on hairbrushes to loosen up the hairspray and residue??

I just put it in my shower and with warm running water and some body soap, there are no residues left

I would just soak it in some barbicide for about 15 minutes. thats what stylists do, it kills bacteria and gets rid of residue. anything left over should come loose with iso alcohol. both barbicide and alcohol are fairly cheap.
