Well, I read that a great mask is to mix baking soda/powder with a couple of small drops of water to make a paste like texture, then get your regular face wash and mix it with the paste , and wash your face . You can also get a q-tip and peroxide and dab that on the zit which will dry it out. Lemons and also take place peroxide. And also putting a warm wash towel will help . Good luck!

Try tea tree oil. Whatever you do though, don't be too rough in your skin or you can end up with peeling and flaking or even scarring. It's much easier to cover up a zit when than it is a big scabby mess.

I'm not quit sure but I have acne as well and I wash my face every night with clearisel(no idea how to spell it) and if I ever get pimples I ice them. :) it works. But after you ice them don't put any cream on it that night or else it won't work.
