How do you keep yourself motivated when trying to get in shape and lose weight? How do you build up the will power to just say no to bad foods? How do you make bland really healthy food tastes better without making them unhealthy? I already do insanity and go to the gym so I don't need any like exercise tips.

On a more practical note, salsa, hot sauce and sour cream are all virtually fat free and go a long way taste wise!

being healthy is great but just remember you can always eat the 'bad' stuff just in moderation and if you get a craving for like let's say chocolate opt for dark chocolate, go for the healthier options.. I'd say to make your food taste better use herbs there so good for you and make food taste fantastic and you could try organic seasonings aswell there's lots too choose from just keep it up :)

I agree with Stephany and Mena! I just say to myself ( since i want to go to the olympics) "If it don't hurt, It don't work!" Figuratively speaking, of course!

Make short goals, don't look at the total amount of weight you want to lose but how much you'd like to lose in 2-3 weeks, so you can focus on short goals and celebrate when you achieve them b

Healthy food doesn't have to be bland! I think you just have to try a bunch of combinations to see what types of flavors you like or dislike, so just start being adventurous in your choices, things may surprise you =) I would make sure you keep an abundance of healthy options you like, but still keep minimal "bad" food items around, that way you have a ton of different options so you're never bored and don't feel deprived of anything

Make a inspiration board. Pin up recipes, food pictures, clothing, workouts, fit girls haha... But it will help. Get cute workout clothes and plan your day.
