I personally would cut the sleeves (maybe add a thin yellow cardigan if you want to cover arms) and wear it with that yellow or black strapped block heels. Hope I helped!

A cute belt around the waist

The dress is beautiful, I think styling it with a belt like the one in the picture would look great and add to the dress. Just put the dress on and cut 2 belt-width slits (only through the front piece of fabric) on either side of your torso so they line up, then put a belt through so the waist would be cinched without ruining the style of the dress. It'd give you a batwinged effect that would compliment the design of the dress beautifully. Pair with some gladiators or flip flops :)
