So I have a volleyball banquet and I bought this dress but there's like a silt like right down the middle and I feel like if the wind blows or I move like everyone will see everything and I don't have any shorts or anything and I don't know should I just sew it??

I hope you found a way to fix your beautiful dress. If not you can use fabric tape to keep the sides together. Most stores like CVS, Ulta and more sell fabric tape.

Just sew it:) pin it first to make sure it doesn't make the dress hang differently

I would say you could sew it, or buy some black biker type shorts. They are not that expensive, and come in handy when you want to/ need to wear a dress during that time of month but want a little more protection :-) I have some and use the crap out of them, I got then from Walmart and they were like $5-10. Super cute dress btw!!

Back in the day, you could get a tailor to sew in some thin metal discs into the hem. The weight of the discs will minimize the chance of the dress from flying up.
