Well for Me a cleansing conditioner is all I use but I have 3b type curls shampoo realy dries my hair out so I just wash once or twice a week with a cowash I've used shea moisture one which is good and now I'm using Mrs Jessie's curl co wash and I like it a whole lot better it realy gets in and gets residue from products out without stripping g my hair and making it feel straw like which shampoos tend to do also my hair color stays put and it's black blue which is a hard color to upkeep otherwise but it's lasted a couple months being that I only use cleansing conditioner. be careful though some people can't handle just washing with a cowash if you have straight oily hair I don't recommend it I do recommend if you have dry damaged or curly frizzy hair also some people experience a purge if they switch to using no shampoo your hair will get super greasy during a purge but if you keep to the hair balances itself out and will get back to normal and in better shape I was fortunate not experience a purge but my hair is very dry and super curly and I lost all my hair to cancer so soon as I had the smallest hint of peach fuzz growing back in I only used cowash my new hair has never bin touched by shampoo and I must say a lot of people stop me to tell me how soft and beautiful my curls look some people don't believe me I literally wake up spray some water and leave in conditioner pick it out and let it air dry it looks like I used a curler or something but my curls are just super super healthy oh I also do not dry with a regular towel I only use microfiber hair towels you can also use a cotton shirt this definetly makes a huge difference in terms a frizz and breakage also hair masks and leave in concoctions :)
