Any one have pcos and has acne because of pcos? If so, what products do you use to keep your acne at bay? I know that it starts from within and eating less carbs/sugar will help with the acne but I'm just curious what you ladies use on your skincare?

Acne spot tx: acne.org benzoyl peroxide

Your acne is most likely hormonal so I think you should talk to your doctor or a dermatologist about it. Diet doesn't always play a role in what causes acne.

I want to see a dermatologist but I feel like they won't know how to treat pcos acne. I went to a few different ones in the past and nothing helped and they didn't say or suggest much. I'm thinking about seeing a esthetician.
