You would look gorgeous with just Carmel low lights or bayalge. BTW omg you are so pretty I'm not just being nice like you are legitimately gorgeous your skin and hair are so soft and pretty looking I actually wouldn't do a thing but you could totally rock a subtle hint of lighter color

Maybe you could add some reddish to lighter brown tones, I think a balayage type of style would look so nice on you!

It actually isn't to bad but darker does suit you better I would stick with a subtle bayalge that way your roots and main color is dark because it definitely loos good on you.

I agree on the balayage, l'd go for a very subtle one just to add some highlights around your face and throughout the lengths of your hair, like that it's not much of a "risk" at all but will be a nice subtle change. colourwise maybe a very ashy but not too light blonde.
