Looks like you have wavy hair, try protein masks, it fills the open hair shafts with protein which is what your hair is made up of. If you can't find one buy an avocado, mash it up and thin with with some oil like olive oil or sweet almond oil and apply this all over your hair and scalp, put your hair up in a bun and put a plastic bag to cover you hair then warm a towel in a microwave and wrap your hair with it. To strengthen hair and keep the scalp heathy I massage a mixture or black seed oil and castor oil on my scalp every night or you can do it the night before you shower. Another good hair strengthener and also keeps hair heathy is fenugreek seeds, grind them into a powder and make a thin paste by mixing water with it and applying it to the scalp for 10-15 minutes then rinse

I've been through this now first if it's winter where you live then that's one of the reasons , in my opinion you should try and do an egg treatment mask it's full of protein and will nourish your hair and make it a lot more smoother and manageable, now it seems a bit dry so you could add a really moisturizing oil such as coconut oil , olive oil or avocado oil. when you rinse ir out rinse with almost cold water cause the egg will cook in your hair. and when you get out of the shower put some oil in your hair while it's damp and let it air dry I hope it works for you and let me know how it goes.

Your hair dosnt look dirty...it does however look a little dry which is common right now it's winter cold air equals hair nightmares these ladies have given up excellent tips masks with protein and moisture will help a lot also stay away from blow dryers it's like overkill on your Hair right now but if you absolutely need to definetly invest in a good heat protecter

Thats exactly my hair if I don't straighten it?? hahaha. I try to get an olaplex treatment every 2 months. and also 2 times a week I put an moisturizing mask in, followed by a good serum when ever I rinse it out. What I never do is brush my hair when its dry. I have wavy hair too and it gets so frizzy and out of control. try to brush it when its wet and put a good serum in. I love the SP luxe oil from wella (believe me its the best, I tried every serum that is out there) as a mask I use the orange one from wella. for moisture. (and again I tried lots of hairmasks and this one works) As for prote?n, I tried the coconut oil thing but it doesn't work and makes my hair feel more dry. I believe you need something that gives moisture.
