So,I got this huge painful pimple out of nowhere two days ago and it's pretty sore and painful to the touch..It suddenly appeared on Saturday,I didn't have anything (as far as I could feel ) during the day,and by the end of the day,it was there..
Is there anything I can do to reduce maybe the swelling or make it less painful? Or should I let it and wait until it goes away?

You could try icing it to relieve some of the swelling and pain, it might help. As far as anything else I'd just make sure you keep the area clean to prevent any more bacteria getting into it, and then just wait it out.
