I keep reading about how great this is for acne. I don't have above but do have combination skin and blackheads around my nose. Have any of you tried a baking soda mask for this? I'm wondering if it would be too harsh or if it would be good for my skin type too? Thank you!

Based on your description, I have very similar skin compared to you and I used to use the baking soda and water mask every single night and it worked very well to get rid of blackheads but after a while it stated to irritate my skin so I definitely suggest it but don't do it too often. And my best friend also tried it but it stung her face but I have never had any problems with that.

Thank you both! Think I will give it a try and just go easy with it.

I used a baking soda, honey and nutmeg scrub on my niece and It removed almost all of her deep blackheads after one use.
