Hiii!
Well I've had these before, but I'm not sure only cleansers could cure this. What do you eat? Maybe try eating less fat, sugar and salty stuff. Eat spinach and carrots ( it does wonders for the skin ) and maybe start making smoothies!! I was able to get rid of these by taking a medication treatment from the derm. Go see a derm, maybe he'll give you a special cream!

I use a clarisonic type thing and that helps. Oh and since you mentioned vegetarian that reminded me, when I was in fifth grade, I was a lone wolf with a few "friends" and so I convinced them I was a vegetarian when I wasnt and every so often, I'd bring in meat and just eat it in front of them and they never noticed so I find that funny. LOL. But back on the serious train, The Clarisonic helps me

A cleanser isn't going to help with texture issues. Do you exfoliate?

Yes I do exfoliate I use the dermalogica gentle cream exfoliant

For bumps unless it's an underlying issue that your derm needs to see you can likely treat it with a properly formulated salicylic acid product.
Check out the ones from Paula's Choice, and contact their customer service if you are unsure which one to pick.

Aryanna,
I suffer from similar problems, mostly from my poor lifestyle habits and laziness. However, I found that when I was routinely using my Mario Badescu Glycolic Foaming Cleanser, with my spin brush, and following that with a serum and finally a moisturizer, that my skin became a lot more even in both texture and complexion. I would also recommend maybe trying out a Korean 10 step routine, or some variation of the sort.
Hope this helps out some!
