What can I use to make this go away as soon as possible :(

I have two puppies, and they do this to me all the time, though they've managed to avoid my face. honestly the best thing to do is just leave it alone. if you want you can put neosporin on it which will prevent infections and help it heal, but honestly it's just going to be a red mark for a few days, then it will fade into nothing without leaving a scar or a mark. I do NOT recommend putting any sort of makeup on it, that might irritate it more and if it scabs, it will get in the scab and look worse than the scrape itself. I really recommend leaving it alone. and congrats on the puppy, they're a handful when you first get them but it's so worth it =)

I know it sucks but trust me, my dogs are 11 months and 5 months and 70 lbs and 30 lbs respectively, and they scratch my legs and arms all the time by accident. They just get too excited. but honestly every scratch I've had has gone away within 3 days with absolutely no problems. It sucks because it's not the most attractive look but trust me, they're not permanent =)

Oh believe me I understand, my legs look like a crime scene from scratches lol. Thank god it is no longer shorts weather here! I never really pay attention to those because they're not as noticeable as my face. At least this should go away without leaving a mark! Just in time for Halloween of course lol.

Instant costume ;) haha
it's always shorts weather here, so the goal is to teach my dogs not to scratch me!

Buy a good exfoliating scrub or I like to use fab facial radiance pads. and maybe a peel that would help the skin turnover go faster :) I don't believe makeup/concealer would affect it much just remember to wash it off :) gycolic/hyloronic acids will help you and Renton al a products :)

It almost looks like it's open all of a sudden and it's gotten more red. I'm really upset about it. Is it supposed to get worse before it heals?

I would go to the doctor for that if it doesn't get better, or put antibiotic cream on it. your puppy might have had something on their nail when they scratched you and might have caused a minor infection.
