Although you've tried using Vaseline already, try a thick coat of it only overnight. As for daytime, try Burt's bees lip balm with eucalyptus oil or blistex complete moisture. To me, the blistex felt like I was putting cool water on my lips it feels amazing!

Mix a liiiittle bit of olive oil and table sugar and scrub your lips with that, then use carmex or blistex after.

Make sure you are drinking enough water! Chapped/dry lips are commonly a symptom of dehydration and in cold weather, your body actually needs more water so if you live in a colder climate make sure you drink more water! I really like the blistex pots (the dark blue one is amazing). Also try a lip scrub, I find these help so much, and then apply a lip balm right after. I posted a video on how to prep lips for bold lipstick, and show some of the steps above if you want to check it out : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=In-d42464OI

Dont exfoliate your lips if they hurt or are cracked, apply a medicated lip balm and then a few days after theyre feeling better and healed the go in with a lip scrun

before you go to bed put a little coconut oil on them and then a thick layer of aquaphor. during the day try any Chapstick with lipgloss over it, I feel that the gloss kind of locks in the lip balm and protects from wind and cold.

Go to walmart and get Lanolin. It does sound weird, but it is cracked nipple cream. I use it on my lips now and it keeps them soft and they don't crack or get dry.

Take a pinch of sugar and mix it with a tiny bit of olive or vitamin E oil. Gently rub in circular motions around your lips for at least a minute. Rinse it off and apply a tiny bit of the olive or Vitamin E oil onto your lips. Be sure to apply it before you go to bed. Usually dryness on the skin is due to indoor heating. It zaps all the moisture out of your skin.

You can use a warm wet towel and scrub ur lips, I just learned this the other day. Then you but Vaseline or any lip balm u choose at night and in the morning

I used to use Carmex but I've always hated how it smelled now I use Burt's Beeswax and I Love it, it keeps my lips so well moisturized

Dink water!!! Here's what I've been doing.

1) Use a gentle lip scrub to remove chapped skin and such. Make sure you get the sides of your lips.
2) rinse off with water. My lips usually looks lightly inflamed and red. They should feel tingly and clean. Next, use petroleum jelly and go to bed.

For the day, do the same thing, except use Burt's bees or a similar product instead of petroleum jelly.

If u put it on during cold weather it dries out way too fast, making u need more and more of it

Aquaphor makes an ointment that works great for dry lips. They now sell it in a package of two tubes so you can carry it around easier
