I need makeup looks for a black and white outfit , not natural looks something fitting for a night out.

I would go with a colorful smoky eye or a black smokey eye with a bright pop of color for the inner corner. I wear that a lot and I always get lots of compliments. Even using a bright eyeliner will work. I hope that helps.
