I have gotten three pairs of shoes from them, two heels and one pair of boots. they are true to size and while they aren't the highest quality of day they are fairly priced for how they are made. I don't regret my purchases and wear those particular shoes often. I can take pics if you want.

This is the first pair. the sole is glued and not sewn, and as you can see it bends at the extra fabric on the bottom. I don't feel it when I walk but it's worth mentioning. the fray around the stitching that I zoomed in on wasn't there when I got them but I've only worn these a few times.

These have a glued sole as well. the sole doesn't bend like the others which I feel a little better about. both heels are straight and I have good enough arch support for myself. they both have grips on the bottom too. like I said, not the highest quality but for 15 (during a sale)-40 you.s. dollars a pair they aren't bad.
