I feel so dumb! today i was leaving a store, walking out and hit my head on the almost invisible glass door! Im so mad and feel dumb!! right on my forehead is a lump the size of a quarter. its not discolored, at least not yet. how can i reduce the size of this awful bump and fast??

Ice it!! Get an ice pack or put ice cubes in a plastic bag and wrap whichever in a towel so it doesn't have direct contact with your skin. Keep it on for 15 minutes, then off for 15 and repeat as needed. I don't know of anything thats going to get rid of it super fast but the ice will take it down. You could also take some ibuprofen as it reduces inflammation
