So I recently got a $500 Ulta gift card for my 18th birthday and I could not be more grateful :) It's going to take me a while to spend of course, but I can finally buy some high-end products I've always wanted. Any suggestions of must-have items? I have a silicone allergy so I can't use most face products!

There are so many products to recommend but I'll give you my must haves for a full face.
For a primer I recommend Too Faced Rx Hangover is good for hydration, Benefit That Gal primer for a blurring effect, Cover FX Illuminating primer for a fresh look.
For foundation, Esteé Lauder Double Wear All Day Glow Moisture and Cover FX Natural Finish foundation are both good products. I have combination skin and it works well in both the dry and oily areas.
To contour my face I use Smashbox Step by Step Contour kit which has some amazing powder highlighting and contour.
Anastasia has the best brow products out there however I am not sure if they are water based or silicone based. I believe all the other products recommended are water based.
For a bold eyeshadow palette I'd recommend Anastasia Modern Renaissance and for a neutral palette Urban Decay's Naked palettes have a great range of nude shadows.
For lipstick my favorites are Tarte Liquid Lip Paint and Buxom Matte lipsticks! Good luck, post a picture of your products when you do get them! I'd love to see what goodies you find
