Bump on Forward Helix Piercing - Normal bump or is it rejecting?

I had my forward helix pierced three weeks ago. The piercer warned me that I may be at a higher risk for rejection because of the shape of my helix, but I wnated to try anyways. there seems to be a lot of room to me. For two weeks it was doing great. no swelling no redness. The piercing was getting significant;y less sensitive already to the point where I would sometimes wake up sleeping on my piercing side with no problems.
after two weeks of it going great, my friend went to hug me and he bumped my head so hard right on the piercing it hurt so badly (obviously I was pretty annoyed). the next morning I looked at it in the light and noticed the tiniest bit of crusted blood, but no swelling or redness so I just cleaned it like normal.
Later that day I got a spray tan. it was my first ever and totally did not think about the piercing as an issue. So stupid in hindsight. the following evening I first started to notice that there was a bit a swelling and redness. A week later it now is so raised that it looks like a pimple, but only on one side of my earring. It looks very similar to other people's pictures with regular cartilage bumps, but I am also nervous that it could be early rejection.
I am not sure what to do to get the bump to go away or if I might need to think about the likelihood of it rejecting.
I use sterile saline solution to soak it twice a day everyday, so it isn't like I have been neglecting it.
Note re Picture: I took the picture from a backwards angle do you can see the bump... if you look from a forwards angle you can't see anything.

The bump is completely normal. It will go away over time with the saline soaks you're already doing. Just make sure not to pick at the bump and leave the piercing/jewelry alone unless you are cleaning it.

Thanks, Maressa! I was hoping that it is normal. I am going to keep soaking it every day and maybe try some other things people have mentioned, like chamomile, or aspirin. I really just don't want to lose the piercing.
