I'm not sure, maybe it's my conditioner but sometimes I'll get a bump of pimples right on the edge of my hairline. Has anyone else had this happen? Is it the conditioner? What skincare products do you recommend?

Is your hair overly greasy or do you let it get super greasy? I find when I use a lot of products and don't wash my hair for a while. If I go more than the usual (I've trained my hair to be washed once a week), I have to really be sure to get my scalp with my face cleanser.

I shower every other day, I never let it get too greasy. And I do wash my face after I finish washing my hair! What kind of facial cleanser do you use?

Do you put conditioner into your roots? That's a good way to get it to migrate places you don't want.
Might also be worth looking into a more comprehensive skincare routine; what do you currently use?

I personally have very very dry very sensitive skin so I use the tarte gel cleanser or the fresh soy cleanser. I break out often, but mildly so I put my effort in minimal prevention and then maximum treatment. Do you use a spot treatment? I use either diluted tea tree oil or the clean and clear spot treatment gel.
It could also be your shampoo or conditioner if you apply that on your scalp. Even if you wash your face off after, sometimes it doesn't get it all out. It could also be from not switching your pillowcase often enough. Personally I switch my pillowcase every time I wash my hair or once a week, but sometimes changing it more can help. Could also be your laundry detergent on towels or pillowcases or a hair product like hairspray. It might also just be acne, and be unrelated to your scalp or anything you're doing with it.
I think in the meantime, you should focus on finding an effective spot treatment that works for your skin. It took me a while before I found one that worked and didn't dry me out too bad or break me out further. But that way no matter what the cause, you'll be able to deal with it until you can stop whatever is causing it.

Some advice shared in a similar thread regarding breakouts. Hopefully, this will help anyone struggling with acne.

This always happens to my mom when she eats corn ( she and corn are not the best of friends XD) and she has told that from what she has found, acne on the hairline is from an allergy to something :-) could just be her...lol.

Its most likely your shampoos! Suave breaks me out too.
