I've been on accutane for about 4 months and my acne has cleared up, but I still have a lot of dry spots. I was super oily before accutane but now have incredibly dry skin. Currently I use Clinique Dramatically Different Lotion in the morning under makeup, raw coconut oil with Cerave Moisterizing Cream on top, Origins Drink Up Intensive Overnight Mask a few nights a week and Dr Jart Ceramidin Liquid twice a day. What else can I use to soothe and heal the dryness? Any and all suggestions are appreciated!

The coconut oil and cerave is what I use at night*

Grab a layering product like hyaluronic acid. Timeless sells one on amazon. Apply a thick layer before oils or thick moisturizer.

Clinique's frantically different lotion is actually pretty basic. For super intense dryness it's not going to repair your barrier and I'd consider the cerave PM lotion a maintenance product rather than recovery. Try their larger lotion for the body, or their hydrating cream
