Dermarollers should not be used casually. Even professionals use them sparingly as far as I know.

I'm with Leuca. Needled rollers can cause infections, scarring, and nerve damage if used improperly. Leave it for the dermatologist's office.

I'm going to add one more to the see a professional pool. you can mess up your skin very, very badly for a long time if not permanently with improper use, trying out the wrong size, etc. they are extremely dangerous.
