I have a few pimples on my chest and back, it's not severe but I heard that sea salt and water helps to clear up body acne. I'm using a cream right now, but it's a slow process. What do you ladies think about suing sea salt and water for acne?

Salt does not contain any particular ability to kill bacteria when in a concentration that would be appropriate for skin.
You'll get better results with gentle exfoliation every/every other day. Invest in some microfiber cloths, which can be purchased on amazon in packs, and use with a gentle body wash.
Assuming your cream is properly formulated to treat acne, this is the best way to augment it.
