I'm planning on buying kojic acid soap to use on the darker parts of my skin (my bum area and knees). Does this help make darker areas lighten up? I'm also kinda scared that my skin might become way too light, as I saw on a picture online after a women used kojic acid cream on her knees. Thank you!

It's a very good soap! I've used it with African Black Soap before. I used to have A LOT of acne scars on my forehead, I didn't really pop anything at all but they still left scars. It helped me get rid of them but you should be gentle using the soap. See how you react to it first. It shouldn't lighten your skin that much if you are deli gent with it. I used to use it three times a week, once a day. That's was enough for me to get rid of all my scars.

Thanks you! I was a little worried since I have darker skin tone. I use dove moisturizing soap bar on a daily basis, will I be using the Kojic acid soap with it?
