So I applied for a job at a new Sephora opening in my area (Australia). I've been invited to their "talent party" on Wednesday. I'm not sure what to expect, so if anyone knows anything, please reply here!

I have no experience working for Sephora, but my management experience is telling me that "talent party" is a cutesy pseudonym for group interview. Make sure you dress appropriately and are prepared with good questions to ask and responses to potential questions. Having a couple extra copies of your resume in a nice folio (a plain black folder will work if you're on a budget, but having a folio with a notebook is ideal for taking notes during an interview) can't hurt.
