Do you see any good results at all when you use the biore masks? Charcoal in general helps and I say if you think it's that bad go see a dermatologist.

BHA/salicylic acid products will diminish them. Paula's choice has the best on the market imo.

Retin A is supposed to be great for blackheads, Dr Sandra Lee (Dr Pimple Popper) prescribes it. I use glycolic and Vitamin C creams, they help, I don't extract myself since I end up with a huge zit if I do poke around with a comedone extractor.

I recommend the Cosrx Blackhead Power Liquid, it's a BHA with niacinamide. I have combination skin: dry cheeks and oily t-zone. And this has helped control the blackheads on my nose without drying out and irritating the other parts of my face. It's around 20 bucks too :)
