what should I do for curly but a little dry and frizzy hair and my bangs need help???

Straighten it or curl it. I used to have that type of hair, then I started to iron it everyday, and now it's nice and manageable.

use heat protection or you'll end up with dead ends slipt ends and use something to moisturize and lock in moisture. my hair was the same way and its super thick I thin it every month :o

Haha, my hair is the same way. I usually just straighten it.. But be sure to use heat protectant so you don't get split ends.
