Ok, since I read a lot about acne problem I want to share a bit about my personal experience and trick to calm em down. I hope this will help everyone out there :)
- Keep hygine; don't touch your face with dirty or unwashed hand. change your face towel and pillow sheets every week. wash your makeup brushes / kit after you used them. don't touch your acne or pinch it or scratch it.
- Dermatologist is a must; everyone have different type of skin and problems. let your doctor give you the right medicine and treatment for your acne problems. trust me don't waste your money on trial and error products.
- Drink water: don't drink too much soda or alcohol. keep your sugar and salt intakes balance with water.
- fruits: eat lots of berries for good anti oxidant.
- don't stress. :D
Do you have your secrets for beautiful clear face? please share it to. :)

I have a question, what do you use to clean your makeup brushes?

I completely agree with everything you said :) Although sometimes (if done properly) squeezing pimples helps. In my experience, there are some pimples that, if I don't squeeze them and get all of that bad stuff out, they get a lot worse, take longer to heal and leave worse marks/scars. You just have to know when it's ok to squeeze and how to do it without causing more damage.

I squeeze them when I'm sick of the sight of them!

The best say to pop acne is to make a baking soda solution baking soda mixed with water. Simply steam your face while applying the solution for 10-15 minutes and pimple comes out w ease.

hey Erica, I usually wash my brush with anti bacteria soap and oil cleanser. and I did squeeze my pimple only if it has white head on it. I don't squeeze it with my hand though. I use warm towel and give it a little movement on the spot and I'll make sure everything come out before I close my pores with cold water and eye drops :)
