Instead of a foundation, try a tinted moisturizer since your skin is so dry.

Revlon photoready, just make sure to apply moisturizer and maybe a primer first and it'll apply beautifully on dry skin.

I agree, Revlon Photoready. I have dry skin too and i swear by it. I alternate between that and MAC Face and Body. But for the price if your looking for something more reasonable, Revlon Photoready is JUST as good.
