Haven't tried revlon color stay, but I've heard that it has nice coverage. I have used nuetrogena healthy skin, and it is great for dry sky! Very light coverage though. I don't know how good the revlon colorstay foundation is for dry skin.

I use revlon colorstay 220 natural beige I like it it covers and its not oily they have for oily skin or combination cost about 9-10 dollars for me ..but its pretty good
