My best tip is to blend blend blend ;) also focus the darker shades near the outer "v" of your eye, and lighter colors near the inner corners.

I'd say the first colour on the left all over the lid and then the 4th colour on the right or the 5th colour on the left in the crease and blend. I'd say that's fairly neutral as you're playing up what you already have :)

I have this palette and love it! I love the 6th from the left all over the lid, the 5th from the right in the crease, 4th from the right also in the crease, and then the end one on the right really blended out in the outer V! Just some suggestions, but that is my almost-daily go-to look!!
