I had a baby in September and and my hair started to fall out really bad. Which was way worse then I ever expected. Is there anything anyone could suggest trying?

I am 52 and just started with hair coming out when I took a shower. the water wouldn't go down the drain because there was so much hair in it.Read somewhere to use coconut milk shampoo. been using for 2 months and no more hair in the drain. I just use the shampoo because I tried the conditioner and didnt like it. Good luck because I know all about losing hair and thinking I would be bald in no time.

My son is 7 months and I also lost ALOT of hair. My sides and hair line went almost completely bald. Plus bald spots in the back. Have hope! I'm starting to get all these crazy baby hairs growing in now, and it looks terrible but at least my hair is growing in. For now when I go out I wear a super cute hat or scarf to hide it lol
