Okay for the past say 3 years I have tried anything to get rid of black heads. The one thing that I really don't want to do is push them out because I don't hang to have scaring left. Does anybody know anything about how to get them out. Thanks.

There's plenty of ways to get rid of them, some methods work for some people and some don't. If you've tried everything like you say.. and they're still there, I suggest visiting a dermatologist.

Before you try to get all of the "blackheads" out, there's a difference between blackheads and sebaceous filaments that look similar to blackheads, and companies advertise them as so. Sebaceous filaments are supposed to be in your pores, so although it can come out of the pores like blackheads do, sebaceous filaments come back within about a week, because your skin needs them. So usually you can find these sebaceous filaments on the cheeks around your nose, the nose, forehead and chin. I recommend you do a little research on the differences between them but I believe the filaments look very similar to blackheads, except that blackheads rise above the skin.

I agree with Bri-bri ^^^^
I recommend going and getting a facial though! So if they are indeed blackheads, it helps get rid of them w/o you damaging your skin by trying to extract them yourself.

I suggest chemical exfoliation and the oil cleansing method. I had really stubborn blackheads, impossible to get them out at the sides of my nose and some others that would always come right back after using black head strips.
I started with the oil cleansing method which got rid of the really stubborn ones and chemical exfoliation prevents then to come back and improve texture.

Hey Amanda I've been using PVA glue recently and it works wonders, I only had to use it for once to see an immediate response :)
