Try using heat less on your hair, braid it at night before you go to bed, also you can use split end repairs even if your hair isn't damaged to keep it healthier. Also eating healthier and massaging your head helps. And if you only condition (don't use shampoo) once or twice a week your hair will most likely grow faster.
