I can't find a good top coat for my nail polish, looking to see who knows of one! I'm partial to Sally Hensen, but I'll try anything ($25 limit).
What I'm using now is Sally Hensen Hard As Nails Wraps. I love it for just by itself, but with nail polish, using for a base and top coat, my polish chips and peels off within two days. I get fed up after a week and just take it all off.
Also, every top coat I've ever used leave my nails like... gummy? Like it isn't wet, but it's pliable for HOURS after. It gets pushed around and indented. Does this happen no matter what?
Anyways, I'm looking for a base and/or top coat that won't do that haha. I'd love any suggestions, thanks!

Hi Jessica, I use the Dior topcoat and I get a small week without chipping. I use my hands heavily. Nails don't take too long to dry.

I can recommend both the essie no chips ahead and good to go. With either of those it usually takes about a week until I see the first chip, with other top coats that used to be about 2 days.

Seche Vite or this one drugstore called Gel Xtreme Sine Top Coat by Nail Aid.
Be aware that top costs have to be reapplied like every two or three days and make sure you cap the edge.
If you nails are dent-able the color you applied too thickly or it was the clear coat that was applied too thickly or it just dries slow and didn't have time to dry thoroughly before you put on another coat.

I personally get mine at Sally's beauty supply or Amazon. I think on Amazon you can get it cheaper like you can get their thinner for when it starts to thicken in the bottle after awhile since it dries fast
