Well it would be hard tho budget of you were to get it done at a salon. I would say if you're on budget then to just get either clip ins or buy hair from the beauty store and if you know someone who can help put it in for you, like sewing or gluing or taping unless if you can do it yourself.

It's hard not to break the bank while buying extensions, you can go the cheaper route but with extensions it's not worth it!

I definitely recommend going with tape in extensions if you're looking for something more permanent. If you take care of them properly you can re-use the hair, so you only have to make a large investment once. I personally wear Babe extensions, they are 100% human remy hair and I've been using them for the last 9 months.

I use clip in ones from Bellami. Depending on how long you want them they can be pricy. But they are real hair so you can dye them, curl them, etc, and they LAST. They're also so thick you don't need to wear them all at once so if one weft gets kinda knotty, you already have a replacement. I don't wear mine everyday but I've had mine for a year now and they still look good.

The best extensions I have ever had were from perfectlocks.com. Don't do glue in though. They are a pain to get out. If you want semipermanent I would suggest individual micro link extensions. I did have quite a bit of hair loss with them though. The nice thing is they move naturally unlike a weft. Plus you don't really have to worry about a weft showing if you want to put your hair up. Just keep in mind any sort of extension is going to damage your hair. Perfect locks sells nothing but 100% human Indian remy hair. I had both that I mentioned and clip ins for a couple of years and I payed the price. My hair was damaged and now I'm working to get it back to healthy. As for pricing just for the hair I spent about $500 and I spent about $400 on installation.
