I have the same one as venessa. You can get it on amazon for like 14 bucks which includes the shipping. I used it as a hair mask and it worked amazingly. I can't believe I didn't try this sooner.

I picked mine up from the hair care isle in asda for about £2.50 for a large pot. It's 100% coconut oil.

Have any of you taken coconut oil for a supplement. I'm curious about it. It works so well on the skin & hair... It just seems weird & unhealthy to eat a oil...hmmm?

How do you apply it on to your hair? Do you have to wash it out or just leave it in? I have bad damage hair and would love to know!

I personally scoop out a chunk and warm in up between my hands and start running it through my ends, and I keep applying it until my whole head in saturated (you may only need it on the ends, but I have a full bleached head of hair). I leave it on overnight and shampoo it out in the morning

I use the EfaGold one as well. I paid like $30.00 for it about a year and a half ago so I dont know if that is the price range you were looking for. Just make sure it's cold pressed, unrefined, and pure.
I just dab my clean fingers in my container. You barely need any as it is very thin when in liquid form and can be spread easily.
