My nails are super sad right now. Dry and brittle and thin! 😭 I'm going to have to politely object to the advise that the writer gives on the site... It will make the nails look nice by covering them up, but gel manicures and the subsequent removal is bad news for damaged nails. Super drying, I find. I prefer using a clear protein treatment polish and hydrating the nails with oils 💧

Carmelle, I agree with you. I should've specified, it was the video that was more helpful and informational.
