situps or crunches are good. I do 100 a day. squats are helpful I do 50 a day. You should also stretch and I personally jog for about 30 minutes a day. Its very quick and effective!

If you have a membership for a gym, you should try the elliptical and treadmill, which really tones your legs. Afterwards I usually do yoga and/or crunches. Also, if this helps, you can find different workouts on Pinterest under the Health tab.

I highly suggest Jillian michaels 20 min workout DVDs. They literally are 20 min workouts and I lost weight and became tone in no time. You will need a workout mat and a pair of weights (any weight usually 5). If not, I think the best workouts are less than 30 min and just interchange between cardio and weights. Building muscle is the key to dropping lbs
