Hello :) In the last 6 months I have been having skin problems, concrete acne. I managed to clear it off, using what my dermatologist prescribed - local antibiotic directly on the skin in the beginning, Avene TriAcneal and Avene Clearance Soap-free washing gel. I had testers of Bioderma's Sebium Washing gel and La Roche-Posay's Effaclar gel and they both did well on my skin with the test I did. So, my question is, has some of you used one or another long-term? What are your impressions on the skin? Which one would you recommend?

P.S I want to change the washing gel because Avene's is causing me redness around the nose. Trying to decide on a new one, since they're pricy.

O really like the garnier facial products... they are inexpensive but gentle on your skin

I use the LA Roche Posay effaclar line. I love the purifying foaming gel, I feel like it cleanses my skin well and I follow up with the medicated cleanser. after using both my skin feel great and refreshed and not tight, dry or streaky at all. it is by far the best acne system I have used and it clears me up in about 2 months. I have serious combo skin with texture and clogged pores. my acne is more the sebaceous kind, and I feel like the line really helps clean clarify and kill the bacteria that builds up in the day. I barely exfoliate because of the great jobs the serums.
