Condition every time you shampoo, use a hair mask at least once a week, use lukewarm water, don't brush hair when wet, drink plenty of water and keep yourself healthy as well.

Agree with Alexis but you also have to trim every few weeks. you don't have to cut inches at one time but at least start cutting the very ends.

If you don't mind the colour from henna, it has done wonders for my hair including stopping my hair from splitting

Eat loads of protein, eggs, advocados, fish, take fish oil tablets! This will strengthen your hair and stop it from breaking your hair. Like Alexis said, use a hair mask every week but make sure its natural. Use home ingredients to make your own or simply use coconut oil (this is waaaay good!) It takes at least a few months so don't give up!!😘💪🏼

Wear protective styles. If you wear your hair down all of the time then your ends are rubbing up against your clothing. Coats, scarves, and sweaters can wreak havoc on hair. Try buns, braids, updos, anything that will keep your ends protected. Also, consider putting a little bit of oil on the ends. Sleep on a satin pillow case. Don't sleep on loose hair. Try not to touch your hair all of the time. Protein treatments help to restore hair. Henna helps to repair the follicle in addition to providing color. There are just a few things you could do.

Here's a tip,
All your split ends are not on the ends, so get a small section of hair take your index finger and your thumb and rub from the bottom to the top and cut what comes up.
It makes your hair thinner and takes away your split ends!
