I've been somewhat desperately trying to get my 3a/3b hair healthy and back in shape (ha ha, punny) after many years of ignorant abuse. after many styling products and a bit of research I'm thinking an elasticity treatment could be what I'm needing. so I'm wondering if any of you have any you would recommend that I try, or recommend that I stay away from?

Honestly I don't know but look up moknowshair on YouTube. She talks about all of that and what products to use and etc. she's very informative and she has curly hair too.

Thank you for replying, but I've seen her videos and she wasn't very helpful for me. just for an example, she suggests lathering the hair twice with shampoo, and I've found that not shampooing or using hair products that lather. it also seems like all the reviews that I could find for products she recommended, she was using someone else as an example and couldn't give personal feedback. so I don't think she's the guru for me. lol.

Paul Mitchell strength shampoo n conditioner helps build more elasticity n helps re connect broken bonds. I'm in love with it. Also get Olaplex!! I use step #3 which can be bought separately from the conditioning system. I do an Olaplex treatment mask n also the Paul Mitchell strength treatment mask once a week n every week I switch off between the two.

I would highly recommend and and all "its a 10" products. They are seriously the best and it has saved my hair soooo much. I have never seen my hair so healthy. I would highly recommend their "it's a 10 kertain mask" it comes in a purple and yellow little tube.
