I just remove my acrylics that I got as a gift for my bday...they toldme that it was a new formula and blah blah... so I went for it and have not worn acrylics since 5years ago or more... now with this new formula they are not supposed to damage much your nails..the damage is less but still... and had to remove them cause my own nails grow so fast
now do you have an specific product for damage nails cause I ussually use only a special oil but now they have a texture
here's a picture and pkease recomend something diy or store wise so I xan check cause nowadays are so many products

Tbh oil and time. I would skip a nail strengthener unless you can find one that is breathable bc after acrylics I find it's a good idea to let them breathe.
