Personally I do it in this order
Primer
Eye Shadow
Eyeliner
Foundation
Brows
Concealer
Contour
Highlight
Mascara
And setting spray

But I don't think there's a wrong way to do it, just personal preference.

Occasionally
I use primer
foundation
eyebrows
eye shadows
eyeliner sometimes kohl for smudged effect
mascara
blush
lipstick
then a clear gloss or colored one
Then I am ready to go :) for any event
