If you do make the leap to black make sure you absolutely want it because it is a mother to remove once it's there. When you go in to have it done or if you're doing it yourself I suggest using a Demi color as opposed to permanent color 💕

I personally don't think so. lol. I have big brown eyes and don't think my hair makes a difference when black...if anything I think warmer lighter brown colors would bring them out more

Yeah it could! I have light brown eyes my natural hair is light brown I dyed it black my eyes did stand out more with smokey eye but I do agree with R T. Warmer lighter brown can do the job too. Or you can do it dark brown with Carmel highlights.
