Does concealer make your face dry out and break out?

I have been wondering about this for a long time considering my skin is very sensitive. Any suggestions on what type of concealer I should get?

if you can wear NONE! but if you have to use a water based formula

No. As long as you wash it off well at the end of the day. And at least once a week let your skin breathe, with no makeup for the day. :) try oil free makeup as well, that will help

Well, wear are you wearing the product (under eye area/ spots)? You can not break out under/around the eyes due to there not being any oil glans there. But if you are over the age of 18, an eye cream would help or (for any age) an under eye primer, like ones from smashbox or benifit will help protect with it.
