I have fair skin with cool undertone. As well my skin is very dry and I can't find perfect foundation for my skin. Can you help me?!

I suggest MUFE's HD foundation as a high end solution, that's what I wear because it's one of the only lines I've found that really accommodates us pale folk with funky undertones. Plus I enjoy the medium - full coverage without looking cakey. I HAVENT tried this next suggestion but I know they have a nice time range, the loreal tru match foundation I think comes in like a dry skin formula and a combo skin formula, and I think that only runs like 10 dollars a bottle.

My friend had the same problem. Use a Estee lauder double wear. It lasts all day. My friend said that it was very moisturizing.

Hi Amina, what is your price range? And what kind of finish and coverage are you looking for in the foundation?

L'Oreal True Match has a lot of options. To be honest it's one of the very few foundations I can find that'll match my pale skin - I use the lightest shade, W1!

I have fair and dry skin. I tried EL double wear and note only did it cling to my dry patches but they couldn't find a shade light enough for me. I started using the IT cosmetics CC cream which provides full coverage and it hydrating and I love it.

Shiseido Perfect Sheer coverage foundation, very light beautiful coverage and the lightest shade is perfect for me. I'd also get their perfect foundation brush, it truly is an amazing duo :)

Have you ever tried Lumene in the shade 0? Lumene has few different types of foundations for different finishes and skintypes that are targeted for scandinavian skin colors. The shade 0 is the only color, that has ever really worked on my skin and with Lumene's Blur Foundation I can get the perfect coverage I want.
But if you're not interested in Lumene, you could try mixing white foundation with another foundation.

Kat Von D has a really good variety of shades for all types of skin! But because it is full coverage and you have dry skin I would suggest to mix the foundation with a moisturizer that works for your skin so it goes on smoother and doesn't look cakey

I agree that the Estée Lauder double wear foundation is good. I had the same problem my skin is fair and was extremely dry. With certain foundations I would even have small dry patches of skin. Since then I have changed to Estée Lauder double wear and changed my skin care routine. At night I apply a skin oil and an oil based moisturiser, then before I apply my makeup I apply a water based or gel moisturiser as these moisturisers sink into the skin quicker, then I wait about 10 minutes or until the moisturiser isn't very tacky on the skin, then I apply my makeup.

It's also worth trying to add one drop of an oil (any oil preferably with good skin benefits) to your current foundation, this could help with your dry skin if a foundation you buy isn't working as well as you would want it to on the skin. But don't add oil to an oil based foundation as this could give you another problem. You can find out the base of a foundation by looking at its ingredients the base should be one of the first ingredients as it is in order of concentration.

I would use Natio pure mineral foundation, maybelline fit me or loreal true match :)
