Okay so I've been on OxyCodone and t4s for two years and I've had to change my skin care drastically to deal with cystic acne and being in a small town that was no easy feat! my skin became hard to deal with and needed some strong washes and such. now I'm finally coming off them and withdrawals aside (any words or encouragement there please comment my page I need all the help an "addict" (doctors made me in my case) coming off and how to cope with this hole I'd love it... and back to skin, now that my pores are sweating this toxic garbage out my face is an oil mess and so many tiny pimply bumps but its starting to get sensitive.

HELP MY FACE OUT PLEASE!! What are your favourite gentle washes for cystic pimples? how to keep my face just oily enough to not flake??

Congratulations on kicking the habit!! As for your skin, sounds to me like you need to detox from the inside out. Try to drink a glass of lemon water or lemonade every day. You could add an exercise routine to your day also, yoga can be soothing, running or power walking can be energizing, and aerobics can be stress relieving. If you have a makeup vanity try writing positive notes and placing them around the mirror on why you chose to quit, what you are looking forward to with being done with that habit or reasons you never want to do that habit again. It truly is mind over matter in this case , so strengthen your mind and the body will follow. Good luck and remember you can do this!!
