Balayage technique on hair?

I'm really interested in this technique. Does anyone know what it is or has some pictures? I'm thinking of doing it with golden/blonde tones.

You should go to a salon, it's a very hard technique to achieve. Lots of hair stylist actually can't do it that well, if I were you I would go to a well known salon where they do know and have done it before. Don't do it yourself either because it probably won't come out as expected! There is a guy on YouTube named "Guy tang" and he's GREAT at doing them! You should watch his videos.
I found this picture of a blonde balayage hair. I think it would suit you wonderfully :)

I love my balayage but it takes forever to get it completed. Lol it took about 3 hours on my hair

If you want to see it being done, definitely check out Guy Tang on YouTube... here's a link to one of his Balayage videos... I would not attempt at doing it at home though... It requires special skills that come only with doing it over and over again as a hairdresser!
