Yea I know there is no way to indefinitely grow your hair. I know it depends upon your genes and how you feed your body but I was wondering if anyone knows good natural supplements to aid in hair growth, thanks in advance. ❤️

Biotin definitely helps. I usually also cut my ends every 6 weeks or so to let the end breathe & start fresh, less heat of course & also leaving it natural as much as I can.

My friend has super duper long hair and she said what she does is the inversion method, which Is basically...
You get oil (any type) and warm it. Then you tip your head upside down and massage your scalp with the oil for 4-5 minutes every day for a week. She said it grew an inch a week, so you could do it as much as you wanted to! But she said it defiantly worked!
